Dearest Customers,
As many of you may have heard, representatives from the popular TV talk show, The Tyra Banks Show, recently contacted our offices to arrange for us to make an appearance on the program. They were interested in our fabulous product and innovative business plan. Unfortunately, after a meeting this morning with Ms. Banks, the taping of the segment was postponed indefinitely. The reason for this delay was cited as, "a time-sensitive news stories which have to take priority". We here at MMICCo. would like to point out two troubling points related to these events. First, the fact that Ms. Banks apparently does not consider the unusual transition of human milk consumption from our own species towards that of another, "time-sensitive", brings into question her overall sanity. Secondly, the makers of the show apparently do not feel that they waste enough peoples' cumulative time (i.e. viewers) so it seems they are looking for creative ways to waste other peoples' time - a commendable effort, indeed. In response to this behavior, MMICCo. is hereby issuing a call to BOYCOTT THE TYRA BANKS SHOW until they publicly acknowledge the negative consequences of a society void of breast milk. I understand that you must be very upset and disappointed by the postponement of your segment on the Tyra Banks show, but the way the statement above deals with the situation is quite disappointing in itself. Questioning someone's 'sanity' because they choose to make a business decision or cater to their own customers is unnecessary and, dare I say, childish. I'm sure that even if the the Tyra Banks show did plan to have MMICCo on again at some point, they will certainly rethink the decision after they hear about your response. If you are planning to make a name for yourselves in the market, you must realize that keeping a positive and optimistic attitude is a key factor to success. As it is now, today was the very first time I ever heard about your company, and the impression I am left with is that it seems to have quite an immature outlook. I was just about type that Mr. Muscarella should perhaps preview the blog entries that his staff make before putting it up on the websiteg - but then I realized that Mr. Muscarella himself had made the posting. # posted by

We look forward, with great pleasure, to one day serving you as a customer. In the meantime, we appreciate your keenly perceptive comment and wise business advice. As you may have noted, our company does not strive make a name for ourselves or to follow any of many traditional business paradigms.
